You're a little late matineeidol...the show was at 3 today.

Nothing was discounted except the programs, which they were selling for $5.

Great closing show. Loved Terri White, who almost broke character after NECESSITY.

They just don't make musicals like FR anymore... :o(

I bought both the CD and the souvenir program today for $30...great deal!

The show was excellent once again. The show definitely should have run longer...it's too bad it was unable to find an audience.

Looking forward to seeing all of these actors again in their next shows.

How long was the ovation after that song? I seriously thought she was going to get a standing ovation on Friday night. So much love.

It did find an audience. As I was leaving the theatre on Friday night I could hear people singing and humming the songs as they left. To me that's a great sign if the show remains with you ever after it's over. I'm not sure if the audience was too small or wasn't growing fast enough.

The ovation was quite long...several people in the orchestra stood up and everyone else was cheering and clapping for quite a long time.

This revival of FINIAN'S RAINBOW lost its entire investment, played 22 previews and only 92 regular performances, and averaged 67% business for the 14 weeks it was on Broadway. To me, that means the show could not find an audience.

True, the few people who showed up to the theater came out humming the tunes (myself included), but as a whole, no one cared about seeing this revival...since no one went to see it, despite the across-the-board rave reviews...and it is a damn shame.
