FUERZABRUTA- Boys Night!

Fuerzabruta, the wet and wild, techno music romp with the mylar overhead swimming stage is about to launch their "Boy's Night" on May 16th at 10:30. They promise 'Boys Night' will "feature remixed scenes and choreography – putting the men of Fuerzabruta in the water and at the fore." For those of you who haven't seen it, this is probably a good time.

That should be fun! I saw it in December and the treamill guy walked up to me at the end and shhok the water out of his hair all over me and danced a bit with me. Anyone who hasn't been to this show, should see it. It is a lot of fun!

We went to Boys Night tonight, my third time seeing the show in general. It's still one of my favorite shows, so much fun and such a feast for the senses. The music is amazing, you can't help but jump and clap - and for someone my size, that's saying a lot! And the Boys Night changes are small, but we were very appreciative (I got a good spot for the pool scene, that's all I can say.) Regrettably, there were a couple of d-bags grabbing and hitting the scenery, but otherwise it's still a stunning 70 minutes.

And I had no idea that Andy Pellick is in the show now! I was like, that face and body are very familiar...he wasn't in the program of cast board, but he is on the website.

Whether Boys Night or not, everyone coming to the city should check this show out! Everyone should have a little Fuerzabruta in their life.

I was there, minus my shirt thankfully (which meant the DJ in the wig was aiming his water cannon at me a bit too much!). Next time I'm going to check my pants and wear just Speedos - I got absolutely soaked at the end but I wouldn't have missed it for anything. What a show! Also, I would totally pay extra to have a go in the pool.

P.S. Did anyone else spot Joel Grey in the audience?

I was there last night too. The "boys" need to be in the pool every night. It was so hot in there that I wish I got sprayed a little more.

brainlessorwise, i actually think i did see joel grey when we were leaving, but my brain didn't click that he would be there...

My friend came with me the first time we saw it, the first night of previews, and he wore a suit straight from work. He was displeased to say the least. Don't wear nice clothes. It gets very hot and you will get wet.

Everyone I bring to the show, I say wear comfortable clothes because you will sweat and/or get wet. I also heavily recommend the coat check.

If you don't mind getting some prop residue on you, I always recommend going towards the far half, center of the playing area when you walk in. You'll be in the best position for most of the acts.
