Berowne, LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST
Benedick, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING (although they're all in prose I think)
The Porter, MACBETH (also prose? not sure)
Petruchio, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW (not very funny IMO though)
Lancelot Gobbo, THE MERCHANT OF VENICE (very overdone at auditions)

Male or female?
Everything Bottom (Midsummer) says is hilarious, but most of his speeches are a little too short to be really considered monologues.
