i can't seem to find a previous thread on this. I want to send a whole cast individual letters, art, etc. And I'm planning to put them all in one big envelope and mail it together (each letter in an individual envelope addressed to each person, of course). Who should I send this to? The stage manager? I have a feeling that sending this to one specific actor and asking the actor to pass it out to each cast member is not a good idea lol.....

You should individually mail them.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Address the whole package to the Production Stage Manager and he/she will put the individual letters into the cast member's mailbox.
