Yes, she did, and she said she wants too see it with Fantasia in it.

That's why she's asking.

"Are there a lot of pissed off audience members who traveled from Kentucky just to see Fantasia?"

That's what these TV idiots don't get. They have a comitment to the audiences that pay good money to see them. Stars that work regularly in theatre, that have their roots here (LuPone, Ebersole, Lansbury, Patinkin, Fierstein, etc.) get that. These stunt casting idiots don't. It's quite sad.

Yeah, I am seeing it Wednesday night but I figured that if she is in it tonight, she must be feeling better.

Well that answers my question. Coming back from Florida on Friday, there was a large group on the plane who were flying to New York specifically to see Fantasia in TCP. Judging from their raucous behaviour during the flight, I can only imagine the scene at the theatre the next night...

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Here I Am. Looks like we were at the same performance.

I was quite disappointed with the show upon repeat viewing. I do feel the Fantasia has deserved a good amount of the praise that she's received. She gives a well-rounded performance and does the best with the weak material she's given. "I'm Here" is one of the lamest 11 o'clock numbers in recent memory, but she injected it with as much feeling as possible.

Overall, I think the show had very little life to it, and the weight of the show fell on Fantasia's shoulders.

While I'm glad I had the opportunity to see her, I'm not eager to see it again anytime soon.

There are some people in the world who say that writing stories, or composing music or dancing sparkly dances is easy for them. Nothing interferes with their ability to create. While I celebrate their creative freedom, a little part of me just wants to punch those motherf*ckers in the teeth...[tos]

you felt that "I'm Here" is weak? wow... i absolutely LOVE that song. while i'll agree that a lot of the music in this show is very weak ("Lily of the Field", "Brown Betty", etc) i have to disagree about this one number. i was sobbing by the end of it.
