I'm So tempted to go see him, Danieley's really inconsistent as a singer and I'd like to see someone else's take on the role.
Must be a slow news week First the Blonde article, now this.
Wow, you really think he's an inconsistent singer? I think he has quite a voice.
I agree ljay. He's one of the few people worth the price of admission.
He's wonderful. How is he inconsistant?
That's what I was thinking. I saw him twice in 110 in the Shade; "inconsistent" never occurred to me.

I find that his voice has Such great potential but it never quite reaches it's best and one line will be really open and nice and the next will be closed and distorted. I know I'm in a minority and that's fine. I just find him to be extremely over-rated.

No kidding.
News like this usually don't make Playbill.com.
I think Jason Danieley's voice is simply mind-blowing. I thought his role was very underwritten when I saw CURTAINS in LA but from what I see, they expanded "I Miss the Music" and fleshed his role a bit more. He's a great talent.
Farnsworth is absolutely FANTASTIC in CURTAINS. I recommend anyone to go see him in it. I prefer his voice to that of Danieley's.

First thing I thought when I saw this news item on Playbill: who the hell does this guy know? You'd think this was the first time an understudy has ever gone on in a Broadway show.
