I saw almost every cast and no question :
PAULETTE IVIRY: AMAZING!!!! she should have come to broadway! ANYONE KNOW WHAT SHE IS UP TO?

KELLI FOURINER: ALSO AMAZING!!!!!! I adore Ms. Scott in everything but Kelli was better. Something I thought impossibe! Dose anyone know what she is up to either? I heard she and her husband wanted to quite the theatre scene and have children. What a shame for us cause she is a knock out triple threat!

JEREMY K - SOOO mcuh stronger than adam!1
I LOOOOVVVVEEEEE this cast. God I wish there was a recrding made of them as well as the bway cast. I would give ANYTHING for it!

I'm with you Chenofan. The Ivory/Kushnier/Fournier trio had amazing chemistry. They just clicked.

For my money, Jeremy was the best actor-singer to ever do the role. Right now, he seems to be in workshops for all kinds of new Broadway shows including one called American Duet. And he has another CD coming out soon so he may tour with his band.

Paulette had said during the tour that she was in talks to eventually join the Broadway cast. But something went wrong and she never made it. Instead, she extended her touring contract to stay until it closed. (Maybe they couldn't get Simone out of the role on Broadway!) Last I heard, she was performing the role of Lutibelle in the supposedly Broadway-bound revival of Purlie. The director of the Goodman theater that is producing that show, is Robert Falls who directed Aida on Broadway. So perhaps he had something to do with getting Paulette on Board. She also made TV guest appearances and did a movie with Heath Ledger that got great reviews but sunk at the the box office.

I remember reading that Kelli wanted to take a break from theater and that she was auditioning for sitcoms and movies. She seems to have dropped completely out of sight, so perhaps she did take a break from her career to start a family. I hope she comes back soon because she's great comedienne.

Btw, the one thing I really miss that wasn't in the Wichita production, is the shirt removal during Elaborate Lives. Too bad too, because I was looking forward to observing Montego's technique and seeeing how she ranked amongst all the Aidas.

So far, from what I've seen in shirt removal, Simone won that contest hands down.
