Mame and Mack and Mable for me.
I love all of his musicals but these two make me laugh and cry. What is better than that?
They should revise that show. I have never seen it.

My favorite Jerry Herman would have to be Jerry Herman.
A close second would be Jerry Herman.
Never a big fan of Jerry Herman, though...
Ha ha.
How can you NOT be a fan? I know some people think he is too commercial and get snobby about it but his music just makes me happy. Don't tell me you don't start kicking you legs everytime you hear Mame.

...I don't start kicking my legs every time I hear Mame.
Mine's "Hello, Dolly!" but since I'm not familiar with too many of his scores, that might change.
Then you have no heart!!!!!!!!! lol just kidding. To each there own.
I'm hoping that's a response to PG2 and not to me?

I'm guessing.
What is the official shorthand version of my name? Is it PG2? Piragua? That Guy? Pajama Guy?
Yes, my comment was to PiraguaGuy2. By the way are you from Paraguay?
Well, I like to call you PG2 because the 'r' key on my computer doesn't work too well, and I use it as little as possible...
Did you ever play a computer game when you were little called "Pajama Sam?" I used to love that game so much.

No, I'm not from Paraguay...
And yes, I LOVED those games! And Freddie Fish?
I liked Freddie Fish, although it took me years to realize that Freddie was supposed to be a girl fish-- that really confused me. But my favorite was SPY FOX IN DRY CEREAL.
What the he**? how did this thread go from Mack and Mable to cereal?
It's a computer game called "Spy Fox In Dry Cereal," but I'm sorry. I was reminiscing, and it got ridiculous.

LaRue, if you don't like threads being completely derailed, then you should delete your account now.
Oh don't say that, else we'll get more of those hyper-annoying "MODS HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?!" threads.

Love your sig, BTW.
"It's custard. Richard. It's custard."
I'm partial to MILK AND HONEY as well, but there are treasures to be found in PARADE and THE GRAND TOUR.
Mack and Mabel. There are some individual songs I like in some of his other shows, but I usually don't listen to the whole score. With Mack and Mabel I do.
Mack and Mabel. I love his work, but not the man himself. I especially hated his diss to SITPWG in his La Cage Tony speech. Not a fan of the man by far.
