I love sopranos, both in Opera and in MT, and just for fun, what are some of your guys's  favorite songs? Obviously, mostly MT will be talked about on here, but if any of you are Opera fans too,  feel free to share them.    Here's some of mine, both in Opera and in Musical Theatre: When Did I Fall In Love?, Somebody Somewhere, I Could Have Danced All Night, My White Knight, The Light In The Piazza, Willow Song, The Beauty Is, Soon, Deh Vieni Non Tardar,  Summertime, My Man's Gone Now, Dove Sono,  Goodnight My Someone, O Zittre Nicht, and Der Holle Rache.

Ribbons Down My Back (Irene is a mezzo, but it's also a soprano role), Lida Rose/Will I Ever Tell You, Vanilla Ice Cream, Show Me, The Gypsy In Me (when sung by Hope), In My Own Little Corner, My Favorite Things, On The Steps of the Palace, Practically Perfect, Bride's Lament, I Feel Pretty, and Thank Goodness are some of my favorites.

I'm in love with "Think of me" from The Phantom of the Opera.

I love comparing all the different Christines on youtube and their different takes and how they make certain notes soar.

MT soprano songs are pretty much always standard, but in opera, my top favorites without a doubt are Lucia's Mad Scene (arguably the most famous and well known mad scene of them all), and the entirety of Sempre Libera from Traviata, but of course those are my two favorite operas also.
