So does Passion. Every song by Stephen Sondheim - especially in Passion - is absolutely brilliant.

First off I just have to say that I'm so ecstatic that I'm not the only one who adores "Sweeney Todd". As for a favorite song, my top choices would probobly be "A Little Priest", "Another National Anthem" (Assassins), and "One Day More" (Les Miz)

Sadly no. I've only been blessed enough to have the soundtrack. I heard it's wonderful though. Wish I could see broadway shows, but i live so far away that i really can't.

I'm sorry. Now I feel bad to say that I did. It was great! I love the Gun Song, and Unworthy of Your Love. Those are two really great songs! It was a fun and interesting musical.

Kool. Those are some great ones. Don't feel bad, some people are just more priviledged like that. I go to Disney like 3 times a year, so I have that instead. Although it almost doesn't compare. 8 p

I love Disney land. I live in New York which is great!! But my entire family except for my mom and I live in California so we visit EVERY summer and christmas so I go there a lot. Its so much fun. But so is broadway. How many times have you been to New York? Or have you never? Its great living here, BUT I will never have the thrill of coming here from somewhere else not knowing what to expect.

Well I live in Florida, so I've never been to Disneyland, only the world parks. But I love them. I haven't been to New York in 3 years but I never really went often anyway. The first and only actual Broadway show I've seen is "42nd Street" which is the reason that I fell in love with musicals. Although I've gone from that to the likes of Sweeney and Assassins. So my tastes have definately changed.

its good that you like a variety. i went to florida for spring break this year. i wish i was there now, its freezing here in ny. its yucky and rainy!!! i actually have not seen 42nd st. i go to the theater a lot, but i try not to go to the touristy things (sorry no offense). things like aida (which i have seen), and the lion king are great shows, but they really attracted to be people from out of town, you know?

I have WAY too many. Here are my favorite songs from my top 5 favorite musicals.

1.) POTO--"Overature," "Point of No Return," "Down Once More, Track Down This Murderer," and of course the title song.

2.) RENT--"Rent," "I'll Cover You," "I'll Cover You (Reprise)," "La Vie Boheme," "Contact," "What You Own."

3.) JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR--"Overature," "Heaven On Their Minds," "Gethsemane," "Superstar" and every song except one.

4.) TICK...TICK...BOOM--Every single song

5.) TABOO--"Stranger in This World," "Guttersnipe," "Talk Amongst Yourselves," "I See Through You," "Petrified," "Out Of Fashion," and "Petrified.

little sally, i'm glad you said BACK TO BEFORE from RAGTIME, and i'd like to second that! i love that song! i also love JOURNEY ON. when i first discovered the RAGTIME score, i played that song over and over.
