Federline Against Britney Doing Charity

She's been singing and dancing all her young life, and is arguably better trained for musical theater than Christina. The problem is that Christina was already marginally too young for the role. Charity makes very little sense played by someone not yet 25!

Christina has trained in dancing and acting for as many years that Britney has been alive.
But Christina did not have prior voice training. Though I bet Christina's voice now is just as good as Britney's voice. Unless she can still sing like she did as a kid. But I think pop music ruined her voice.

If she truly is serious she better get serious- practice vocally- her dancing is amazing, but Broadway is known for big voices- If she does, she better get that little girl voice back quick. Love ya Britney and if ya do it, believe me, I'll be there front row.

Posted: 11/24/05 at 9:18pmAfter seeing Paige Davis in Chicago last night, I thought she would make the perfect Charity replacement. Sure, Britney means $$$, but Paige is simply the best choice I can imagine for the role. Well, if they cast Britney, maybe at least they'll use actors for the rest of the cast.

Posted: 11/24/05 at 9:18pmOk so we're against Christina, and we're against Brittney. Who are we for? I would like Charlotte to take over the role. I saw her in previews and loved it. The thing is, stunt casting keeps everyone else in the show employed, but then you run into the fact if they just closed then the next show would employ people. It's a sick sick cycle. I would like to see Brittney take shot at Broadway. Maybe not in this show, but someday. I mean if Joey Fatone had two oppertunities to, then I think she deserves one.

Not everyone is against Christina.. by now I would say she has a lot of respect in the Broadway community. She gained the support of critics/columnist, Clive Barnes, Michael Riedel, and many more.
I've been saying Paige Davis is perfect for this role for quite sometime. And trust me, it's been said she REALLY wanted to replace Christina. But the Weisslers just really want a HUGE name.
But I would say Paige is definitely the best choice.
