I saw Natasha, the woman who is taking over, in the All Shook Up tour as Sylvia, and she will be excellent!

Has the replacement for Brandon Victor Dixon been announced yet?

She is a Chicago Diva and I am looking forward to the show.

The Broadway show is doing just fine on the backs of the (presumably still-staying) Elisabeth Withers-Mendes and Jeannette Bayardelle, though, so I think Felicia will be missed but not the cog that causes the machine to stall.

I dont know how "fine" the show is doing. Last night the Orch was about 75% full and while the mezz was pretty full a lot of the mezz tickets were comped. And last week it was at 51% capasity. So while I dont think Felicia is keeping it afloat alone, losing 2 Tony nominees will hurt.
"Have they come yet?"

Chicago is lucky to have her. She is so nice. NYC will miss her.
I will miss her.

Sunday. I don't know if they do two performances, but if they do I'd imagine her last would be the night one.

It doesn't surprise me. I'm glad she's able to do the show and be with her family in Chicago.
"If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it." -Stephen Colbert

Tonight was AMAZING! So much energy from the entire cast. Felicia was crying during the finale; it was a really touching performance.

I'm glad that I saw her (and Withers-Mendes) in November. They were great! I wish that Lillias White would do this role!

I was there too~ And I really appreciate how she was very professional and did not break character. No one really knew it was her last performance til the end when she and Brandon received flower bouquets.
Wish her the best in Chicago, and I hope to see her back on Broadway very soon!
