Sarah Uriarte Barry can sing both very well...
Audra actually has a nice belt, especially on Marie Christine.

How to properly use its/it's:
Its is the possessive. It's is the contraction for it is...

Sure did, Yero! It's so nice to have company on the island of Rachel York love. WRQ, where are you?
I'd like to add Marin Mazzie and Carolee Carmello to the list. All three ladies showed their tremendous range and vocal prowess in Kiss Me, Kate.

I think Kelli O'Hara has a good belt in Pajama Game and then an even better soprano voice in Piazza

Eden Espinosa- amazing soprano belt
Heather Headley- has an amazing range. her belt is ridiculous
Lauren Molina- very cute soprano in Sweeney
Shoshana Bean- if you have not heard her in Godspell you are missing out
Laura Benanti- she is versatile from her classical voice in Into the Woods to her pop belt in The Wedding Singer
Megan Hilty- she is hilarious as Glinda
BJ Crosby- does not get enough recognition but her range is out of this world huge. You have to hear her in Smokey Joe's Cafe

Oh, yes. And as an actress, a team-player, and someone who takes direction, she wears nice clothes.

Anne Runolfsson.
From Fantine in Les Mis and Victoria in Victor/Victoria to Carlotta in The Phantom of the Opera. That's quite a range.

Audra is one of my favorite singers simply because her voice is so fluid. She doesn't have a legit voice and a belt voice. She has one voice that shifts seamlessly as she glides through her range.
Those are the voices I really appreciate.

Frankly, most broadway singers can do both belt and legit (thats what soprano is called in musical theatre). There are a few whose belts or sopranos are so extraordinary (Debbi Gravitte for belting, Luker for soprano, for example) that its not really necessary for them to be able to do the other style.

Or that she was referring to the fact that usually, whenever someone praises Kristen Chenoweth, they're those preteen girls.

Let's not forget -
Judy Kuhn
Judy Kaye
Judy Blazer
Liz Callaway (though she mostly mixes)
Donna McKechnie (in her glory days)
Bernadette Peters (her soprano used to be really sweet)
Christine Ebersole
Christine Andreas
Joan Deiner
Inga Swenson
Kim Criswell
Julie Andrews
Florence Henderson
Lots of women have both a belt and soprano range. The real test is whether you'd like to hear their voice in both registers. Not always. Mary Testa has a soprano range (but I wouldn't want to listen to it much), but Christine Ebersole could sing the phone book in any range and it would be lovely.
