A lot of shows on sell tickets for a few months in advance, esp shows that are not doing wonderfully. So it has not announced a closing date but the tickets may only be on sale through jan?

I do not think Fiddler will last till May. So you might want to consider finding another show.
May I suggest Avenue Q?

I interrupt this thread to point out my most hated "netspeak" abbreviation: n e instead of any. It's NOT an abbreviation! It takes the same amount of keystrokes to type n e as it does any, so just use the right word. I now return you to your original programming.

The best new show on Broadway is DRACULA and BOMBAY DREAMS.

But popcultureboy, "n e" is so much hipper than that tired old "any." Internet-speak is great! (Or should that be gr8?)

Yea plumb, just get over it, I'll say N E if I want to if your in need of a place to vent i'm sore you can start an "anti-net laungage" post and fullfill your desire to b*tch at ppl, who want to type how they want,
What you meant to say was:
Yeah, Plum, just get over it, I'll say N E if I want to. If you're in need of a place to vent, I'm sure you can start an "anti-net language" post and fulfill your desire to bitch at people, who want to type how they want.
And you meant to aim your appallingly grammared rant at me, not Plum.

Nah, I'll take the flak, popcultureboy. After all, I'm pretty sure our stances on this issue are the same.
Shneb, I ask for simple grammar and spelling in people's posts not because of a misplaced sense of superiority or snobbishness, but because I want to quickly and easily understand what my fellow posters are saying. Is that too much to ask for? That's the reason we all have a common language in the first place.
You're allowed to type what you want as long as it adheres to the rules of this board, and I'm allowed to object that you're making yourself difficult to read. If I decided to type everything in my native language of Hebrew, you would be perfectly within your rights to voice the same complaint.
