little kid kids are not always going to like a broadway show just because its a family show it dosn,t mean they are just going to like it most of the time they are even bored or they fall asleep and sometimes they don't even know whats going on
half of the time.

Posted: 2/25/08 at 6:29pmI took my 12 yr old neice and 13 yr old nephew to see Beauty and the Beast, I would love to take them to see this. However I don't think my nephew would appriciate a girly musical... so I'm not really sure, but I appriciate people posting on here and I'm glad this site is here. It helps me decide what to go and see. :)

"I just felt the tail stuck so far out all the time..they just reminded my of erections. Perky and dying for attention."

Posted: 2/25/08 at 7:58pmI can see why people do like the show. Little Mermaid is one of those classic Disney favorites and the music from the movie is good. Some of the added music was fine but in general, it was rather forgettable. I tried really hard to like it but there were too many problems for me to ignore like the book, the costumes, the sets, the character development (though the performances were good, the actors weren't given solid material to work with)and a rather weak storyline that deflated rather than climaxed...no, I'm not riding the coat-tails of the erection jokes. Though that would be a good one. hehe

Does anyone know who played WINDWARD and LEEWARD in the production? They're not credited in the playbill.
