Yep, Porthos, I saw that too. When Michael McGrath lost his voice.

He held the script at this point in the show's run?  Jeez- after 6 months of doing a show, most cast members know everybody's dialogue and songs.  Unforgivable.

He probably didn't have his put in yet and still needed to get situated.

Yes, he lost it the night before, midway through the show- right in the middle of "Hook". I loved his Frohman, and I really wish he'd been able to stay with the show. I feel like the show really took a toll on him.

Matthew has Bronchitis and is on vocal rest for a week.

At least he can get the proper treatment now, and that explains his ill health.

Morrison was out on Tuesday night and he is out again for both shows today.   From what I've heard, he intends to be back tomorrow.  I believe Kevin Kern will be on for both shows today if anyone wanted to catch him.  I'm glad that Morrison has been diagnosed.   Singing that score with bronchitis can't have been easy.  It's difficult to sing when you're healthy.

This was my 4th attempt to see the show with Matthew on Saturday evening and he was finally there! I was worried since he was not there for the matinee.  I'm glad the box office was able to allow me to keep exchanging my ticket for other dates.

I caught one of the Kern shows and was not disappointed.  He makes a great foil to the larger-than-life personality of Grammer's Frohman and has a gorgeous, soaring voice. The show may have its flaws--the sweet story is too often buried by unnecessary overblown spectacle--but it wasn't the train wreck I was expecting. That was GIGI.

Does anyone know for sure whether there'll be an original cast album?

The album with the guest artists (Zendaya, JLo, John Legend, etc.) will be released on Tues (June 9) and I know the cast went into the recording studio soon after the opening to record the show, but there's been no mention on Amazon or anywhere about any release date for the cast album. I've looked everywhere but can't find any further info.

We know there will, because Eliot Kennedy -- the co-composer/lyricist -- tweets about it:

We just don't know the release date.
