I know they have a standing room - and I'm totally down for that - but it only happens if it's sold-out, and I'm not sure it'll sell-out on a random Tuesday. Are there any other cheaper options?

^^I believe he meant "cheaper" as in cheaper than regularly-priced tickets. They also have a general rush, RippedMan.

The general rush is an option, as Cupid Boy has mentioned.
But if you're looking for definite, secure seats… just this morning BWW had a $59 ad going around.
And I believe the show is on TodayTix for most performance for $59-$69.
Edit: It's also been on TKTS frequently.

I walked up to the box office two hours before a matinee and asked for a rush ticket or standing room. They were out of rush tickets and weren't sold out yet to sell standing room, but the person at the box office sold me a rear mezz ticket at rush price.
So they seem pretty flexible.

I was also able to get a nice rush seat on the 2nd row, back about two weeks ago a couple of hours before the performance. The lady at the box office at the Lunt Fontanne is especially kind and helpful.

I went today and the guy was kurt and not so helpful. He said they were done with rush - this was like at 11am. He said people line up at 8:30am. I said thanks, that's not for me and walked out.
