I know this has been in discussed in some other posts that wasn't focused on this subject, so I wanted to make an official one because I may be going soon. Who has been coming out lately? I heard Kelsey Grammer is hit-or-miss so I also wanted to specifically hear about if he has been lately. Thank you

"hit-or-miss" sounds about right. I've seen the show twice, once in early previews and once a week ago. He did NOT come out either time. The guy at the staged-door last week was very unsure of whether he would. He told us that his family was with him, so it was unlikely that he would sign. I guess that implies that he sometimes/usually comes out when his family is not with him. Also I've heard reports from others who have been there when he DID sign.

Thanks for your response. I could certainly understand if his family is with him. He seems like a very nice guy when he does stage door, and I'm sure it's not a matter of just not liking his fans or anything like that. Not sure when I'm seeing the show yet, though.

I know a few people that went including myself. Seems like Laura Kelly is pretty consistent. Matthew Morrison as well. Kelsey did not come out when I was there and he didn't come out when any of my other friends were there. You might be able to catch him after an evening performance or a Sunday mat. The stage door was relatively calm. I went during a Wed. mat., so evenings might be a bit more crowded.

Thank you as well. I'm also thinking he might be waiting until it isn't as crowded because I heard a lot of Glee fans are still lining up like crazy to see Matthew Morrison, and is too much after a tiring show.

I went a couple times and Kelsey has not been out on the days I have gone (weekends). The stage door was pretty crowded with lots of kids. The big attraction is Matthew Morrison and they crowd started to get a bit "pushy" when he came out.

Yeah he hasn't been coming out at all recently I've heard. But I've heard that he actually will sign and take pictures if you wait for him before the show. I normally wouldn't do that not wanting to bother the actor, but those that tried say he doesn't mind it and is very friendly. I'm sure the only reason he is not coming out is because of the crowds, because in the past I've heard only good things about him dealing with fans and he always came out of la cage (which I didn't get a chance to see).

I think Kelsey has been a hit-or-miss for every show he's done. Kelsey's signature is the only one missing from the cast-signed playbills that the stage manager sends out to fulfill mail requests.

Really? I thought I heard he always came out after La Cage aux Folles. It's weird that he doesn't even sign the ones that the stage manager sends out to mail requests but if you see him on the street or wait before the show he will. My best guess is he doesn't mind when there aren't a lot of people but he probably doesnt want to sign a million things. Another thing that is so strange about this stage door thing is that he came out very consistently during previews and through like the beginning of May, and then randomly stopped. When he does sign for fans though, he seems very nice so I don't really know why he isn't stage dooring other than the fact he might simply just be tired after a performance.

How do people react to Laura? I suspect she would get as much of an up roar as Matthew, but I still think she would have a few people praise her.

He often does. He tries to come out as much as possible.

Well he came out at today's matinee. I've only heard of him skipping it a couple of times when he was either sick or had press commitments.
