Hi! I was wondering what would be a good startout for me for a first Broadway Debut. I'm 14 now, maybe when I'm 18 or something, I was thinking of CATS. Would that be OK? Or do you guys have any other good suggestions? Thanks so much! God Bless! $$$***Natalie_Jemima***$$$

I'm a little confused, too. You do know that CATS closed, right? And it won't be revived any time in the next decade.

Posted: 7/25/05 at 3:23pmBless your heart, Natalie Jemima. Did you mean what show is appropriate for you to make your Broadway debut in or what Broadway show should you see first? By the way, Cats closed a few years ago.

Posted: 7/25/05 at 3:35pmDon't EXPECT to be on Broadway, dear. If you're good enough to get there, you'll get there.

Posted: 7/25/05 at 3:39pmIt doesn't quite work that way, Natalie. You don't get to pick the show. You go on hundreds of auditions for hundreds of different shows and if you are lucky, you will get cast and make your debut.

Posted: 7/25/05 at 5:22pmI thought this thread was a joke. But yeah, you don't exactly choose the show you debut in, if you even debut in anything at all.
