It’s been 3 years now and there hasn’t been a wide release in any form. I found some articles stating that the documentary would be coming to Disney Plus in late 2019, but it hasn’t shown up there either. Hoping this becomes available to watch in some form soon!

Howard, the Don Hahn documentary that further explores Howard's life and legacy, will be available on Disney+ August 14th, 2020.
