I agree Mr. TN. A lot of the "greatest voice in the world" has come from Susan Kay's novel and other people's opinions. In Claude Rain's movie version, he never sang but he played the violin (very well I might ad).

I just watched that clip for the first time. I am dissapointed in the guys voice like several other folks have said, but I like the girls. Can't wait to see how everything turns out!

"She lives in the Opera House?"

Jus, chorus girls used to live in the apartments above the opera. (I believe the apartments can still be rented by cast members at the Bordeaux Opera House) Not so sure about the "stars" and the crew, though. I think the stars could, but tended to rent bigger & better places elsewhere.
