Lance Bass posted on his MySpace that he's taking two weeeks off of the show in mid-October to go on his book tour (for his memoir "Out Of Sync"... BOUND to be a camp classic).

So expect to see someone else filling in!

He just started rehearsals for the show this week, and he already knew his songs coming in. I guess he's a pretty big fan :).

He may have just been trying to learn them ahead of time. I don't think he's very smart.

What does this have to with being smart? elphie just said he knew all of his songs already, which means he's either well-prepared, a big ol' Hairspray geek, or both.
