Is there a chance Soft Power would extend another week? They just announced a one-week extension to Nov. 10, but I have an open slot on Nov. 17 and am very intrigued by this show. I'm not sure if the Public is in the habit of doing multiple extensions or not. Slave Play is my backup for the matinee that day, but I'd rather hold out for Soft Power as long as I can.

Just remembering you've had an "and" When you're back to "or" Makes the "or" mean more than it did before

I don't think you could rule out an extension, because I think (not 100% sure) Hamilton extended twice. But I wouldn't count on it or plan on getting tickets or anything because there's a good chance it won't. I say just keep checking back and keep updated on Public news.

On the original audition, it says:

First Rehearsal: 8/27/19
1st Performance: 9/24/19
Opening: TBD
Close: 11/03/19
Poss Ext: 12/8/19

Depends on how well it does once it opens. Last year Girl from North Country extended a few times, & ended the weekend before X-mas. In 2013 Fun Home even went into January.

Back in 2014, Father Comes Home From the Wars Parts 1, 2, 3 extended twice, which is the only reason I was able to see it.

Fun Home extended twice too the year prior.

For the more popular shows, after the extensions, a run of around 3 months is pretty standard.
