Ok, I know that the Phantom of the Opera is playing near me (I found this out on the POTO website), but it doesn't say what movie theater and I don't want to call every single movie theater to see which one it is. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can find out without going to that extreme? I already went to Fandango and it gave me nothing.
try moviefone.com... that's where I found out where it's playing around me!
Ok, according to that website it is not playing anywhere near me, even though the POTO website says it is. I am so PISSED right now. Grrrrrr

try www.fandango.com ...they show more theaters in "YOUR" area than moviefone. When I put in my zip code on moviefone once, they gave me showtimes for a movie theater an hour and a half away from me instead of the movie theater ten minutes away...and I've never been back.

already tried that and it says that showtimes are not available yet for POTO.
Well, according to the website it is playing 2 hours away from me, so I do not have a newspaper for that area.

I don't get it. The website said it's playing 2 hours from you but didn't tell you which theater? Because if you know the theater, you can look it up in moviefone.
I know. The website doesn't say the name of the theaters, they just give what city it is in. I already called 4 theaters and they all say, "nope." If it is not coming near me I am going to be more than pissed off since I have been anticipating this because of listing on the website.

It's early yet, spidey. Don't give up. A lot of movies are in limited release right now just so they can qualify for the Oscars. They'll have wider release later on.
-Plum, who's waiting for a helluva lot of movies to come her way
I know, but it won't be released nationwide for a month and I have been wanting to see wanting to see this movie since I heard news about it being made. If the website never said it was coming near me, I would have said "Oh crap" and then moved on, but I have set money aside and have been planning this for over a week now.
Go to Yahoo.com click on movies & than put in your city & state or zip code
Did that and only a few of them were highlighted for me to click on them. Someone out there really hates me.
Check your local newspaper, and there will probably be a big ad in there saying what theatre it's playing at. That's how I found it near me- and I bought my tickets this morning :)

I FOUND THE THEATER. After calling 6 theaters, I finally found the one that is playing it. But, the showtimes are not known yet, but still. God, now I can actually calm down now. lol
