Funniest BCEFA Speech Moments?

Anyone care to share those amusing moments during their speech for the Broadway Cares- Fight Against Aids where actors like to ab lib and shake it up. My favorites so far:

Norbert (DRS 11/6)- "You can get these wonderful T-Shirts for a nice donation...just in time for winter!"

Shoshana (Wicked 10/23) - She forgot the price of the CD and she says "Oh geez I forgot. I am sooo fired."

Ana Harada (Avenque Q last Nov) -First off, I dont really talk like that (referring to her Christmas Eve voice).

I was not there but I heard about a funny Wicked story for David Ayers (Wicked last year). Basically he does his speech and then someone in the audience asks, "How much for you?" After the cast cracks up, he says, "Well..for a nice contribution, you get a chat and...a hug?"

A few Januarys ago, WICKED had an auction for Galinda's crown and no one was bidding. Cheno said: "Lets go, guys. Am I gonna have to start stripping?.........Again?"

Last year at Avenue Q Rick Lyon's voice kept cracking like he was really nervous, and I found it funny for some reason.

Ana G had a ton of funny quips when she made the speech last week....of course I can't remember any of them, which makes this post pretty useless. I think one had to do with the fact that her underwear didn't go for very much on ebay, so if anyone was planning on selling it, they might want to rethink their plan.

Back in March, at La Cage aux Folles, they were auctioning off Zsa Zsa's boa and Gary Beach cried, "Oh, this is more fun than clams at Howard Johnson's!" There was more from that particular day, but that's what I can remember.

To finish JACXR71's thoughts- seeing as I saw the Chicago cast of Wicked last week...

"You can donate your fives, your tens, your 100 dollar bills..."

I don't remember many of the others though.

I didn;t hear this one but I remember my friend telling me about. This was when Les Mis was still on Broadway and when orchestras were (I think) ready to go on strike or maybe it was when Broadway was thinking of just having recorded orchestrations. Anyways, during the show, when Thenardier drops the tray and it rolls into the orchestra, one of the orchestra guys throws if back to him.

then (and these are my friends exact words): "Immediately following the final bows, Thenardier (Nick Wyman) wandered back onstage and delivered the annual BC/EFA speech, which was marked by a cute little "Top Ten Reasons Broadway Shouldn't Use Canned Music" routine. Some of the highlights were "Number 9: Who would toss the tray back to me when it rolls into the orchestra pit?" and "Number 4: Who the hell wants to go to a karaoke bar with a $100 cover?" "

I thought it was hilarious!

In My Life thanked the audience for just being there and asked for a donation, if they didn't mind spending any more $$. most of the crowd bypassed the bucket holder.

Rob Bartlett's LSOH speeches were always funny. He always ran the auctions like a real auctioneer, with nobody able to understand wat he was saying.

Megan Hilty's speech on Wicked Day was quite funny. I hate when actors come out and act like they're performing in a public speaking competition. I love when they have fun with it.

are these speeches given during the whole month of November, cause I'm going to a couple shows ths weekend and didn't know if i'd be hearing any

They collect money until sometime in December.

These are all so great!! At Spelling Bee last week Jose Llana was giving the speech and said something like, "BCEFA is a great organization that gives Aids to all people...crap...i mean gives help to all people with AIDS... oh skrew it...just give us money" He turned a few shades of red. I can't remeber all of it but it was priceless!
