Sometimes things happen that are so amusing to not only the audience, but actors as well. What are some onstage mishaps you've seen?
I was looking at a Wicked Instagram account and saw a video of the Popular makeover scene where the actress playing Glinda couldn't get the flower to stay in Elphaba's hair, so she just attached it to the front of her dress.
What are some you remember?
Oh, boy. There are like 20 threads on this topic with pages worth of responses. Please do a search.
By the way, the actress playing Elphaba in that video is Shoshana Bean, who replaced Idina Menzel.

I would love to see this! Do you have it?
As for the one's I've seen live, Christopher Fitzgerald in Waitress skipped a line or messed it up, which caused him to laugh while reciting his poem to Dawn in the beginning of Act 2. He covered it up well by following up his laughter with, "It's a lot, it's a lot... Uh-huh, YES!"
Recently I saw Beetlejuice and during Day-O, Leslie's dress didn't clip on to the pig. After spinning, she ducked behind a chair at the dinner table and frantically started unraveling her dress.

When I saw a Aladdin a few years ago, during A Whole New World, the magic carpet malfunctioned at the end of the song and just kept spinning in a circle. Had to close curtains and stop the show for about 5 minutes. When the show re-started the curtains opened and it was a scene of Aladdin helping jasmine off the carpet into the window and he blurts our, “I’m really glad I got your back safely” in an overly obvious joking way and the audiences laughed for about a 1-2 minutes straight. Both Jasmine and Aladdin couldn’t even hold in their laughs. To be honest I thought it made the show and experience that much better it was so hilarious and they handled it beautifully!
During the original La Case the set for Albin's dressing room rolls out on the track with George Hearn sitting at his dressing table. At this performance it got stuck halfway out. George just sat there frozen. 4 or 5 crew members came out and shoved it until it went into place down center. The lights go up and the music to (A Little More) Mascara starts. George sings "Once again I'm a little DEPRESSED by the tired old face that I see" letting all his frustration out on the word depressed and then went on with the song. The audience applauded his reaction.
Technically this was an offstage mishap, but my SO saw Shoshana Bean's first night in Waitress (my SO's mom got the tickets to see Joey McIntyre, but happened to get Bean's debut). Anyway, one of the scenes where she bring the Dr a pie, she had just left it offstage. Bean made a joke about leaving at reception and went back to get it.
