BWW has an Auditions feature. Look to the left under "Features." Godspell is already there and many others.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but why do they have open calls? Does that mean they didn't find anyone on Broadway to plays the roles?

It can mean several things:

1) They aren't capitalized to pay anyone with a recognizable name,

2) They want to publicize the show with an article/documentary footage about dewy-eyed young hopefuls waiting to give their all in 16 bars that will decide their fates, or

3) It's a plain old required Equity call.

They already had their Equity Call. I'm sure it's just like their RENT call. A good way to get publicity for the show, even though they won't pick anyone from the open call.
