John Arthur Greene tweeted that he was on both shows yesterday and both shows today. Anybody know why/if this is his first time going on?

Lesli Margherita is also out for both shows today (I believe for the first time).

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

There's a ton of understudies on in Matilda today. From the ones that I know of:

Miss Trunchbull - Chris Hoch
John Arthur Greene - Mr. Wormwood
Marisa Kennedy - Mrs. Wormwood
Swings on in ensemble roles:
Clay Thomson, Nadine Isenegger, Scott Difford, Celia Mei Rubin

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

ACL2006, Betsy Struxness is on for Mrs. Wormwood, not Marisa Kennedy.

Marisa went on yesterday I believe. hence why I thought she'd be on today.

Mr. Wormwood - John Arthur Greene
Mrs. Wormwood - Betsy Struxness
Michael Wormwood/Party Entertainer - Clay Thomson
Doctor - Thayne Jasperson
Sergei - Ben Thompson

Lesli was in yesterday. Ben was also on as Sergei yesterday.

It was really only Gabe, Lesli, & Taylor out, since Thayne took over John Arthur Greene's normal track & Ben was on as Sergei while Chris was Trunchbull.

I'd imagine at least some ticket holders had a tough time swallowing 6 understudies, albeit with only 3 being principals

Maybe a lot of people are sick? I saw the show Saturday night and everyone was in(assuming Chris Hoch is the newest replacement) except Gabe Ebert. I was a little apprehensive but, honestly, his understudy did a wonderful job and having seen both, there's really little difference. Lesli Margherita definitely sounded a little bit hoarse so perhaps that's an indication of why she was out the next day. It's the time of year for sinus issues and sickness.
