Gastyer To Get Wicked

It's a signed deal. Just like Britany.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

I get the impression (not sure why) that you're an adult, yet I never see you spell people's names correctly. Is it so difficult to look at the right hand side of the page to find out how to spell "Gasteyer"? I understand not being able to find Ms. Spears's name anywhere in the press, she's a quiet presence, no reason you should be able to find out how to spell her name correctly.

You must have been looking in the mirror when you came up with your signature.

Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

Rathnait62-could not agree more...
I get the impression that Tuttle is NOT an adult...
what a sad kid

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Tuttle is a sad kid for misspelling some names? Many of you out there may not be children, but you sure are acting like children. Rather sad.

Tuttle is sad for not letting the (rather bad) joke die...

What is the joke?

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

The joke is really a pathetic litle person who has nothing better than write non stop threads about Wicked.

Actually..no joke. Just sad.

Umm..sure..ok. That makes as much sense as your posts.

I had been worried that I hadn't seen a post from Rath in days..then, suddenly, THERE SHE IS thundering righteously! Right on Rath!

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Boy..what a bunch of jerks.

Here someone has posted some breaking news to discuss and what do you loosers do...post everything not related to the topic.

But you're the first to bitch and moan when some calls you on your crap.

See members..this is exactly why this board has gone to hell. It's members like JoeK, Rat and BSOB who could care less about the topic of theater but care about the topic of "look how funny I am".

And I am glad Anna is going into Wicked. See folks..how hard was that to actually stay on topic.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Mr. Tuttle, would you care to explain how this casting is being done with no announced studio, director, producers etc? Where in your sources do they say that? Just for my curiosity.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Anyway.....

So is Kristy Cates the understudy or the standby? The blog post states both. Will Cates be part of the ensemble (or playing Nessarose) if she's the understudy?

Rocky, why don't you do a search of Tuttle and see what a sweet poster he always is. He constantly posts nasty, mean posts and starts ridiculous threads like this one.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Okay everybody, let's talk about Ana..and quit the kiddy bickering.

I have always liked Gasteyer. But for some reason I always think of her as being older than she is.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

I'm happy for Kristy Cates. She deserves to to be at least a stand-by at this point for Elphaba. It would be nice if she gets the role after Gasteyer leaves.

I heart you, Rath.

And um, yeah, I'll be the first to predict Ana's going to be a disaster.
JOHN LITHGOW I just realized, your last name is Butz! Both "Norbert" AND "Butz" are in your name! You must have gotten picked on a lot as a child!

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Why do you think she'll be a disaster?

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

Ana will be 38 in May. Menzel will be 34 in May. Not a big age difference, but I do think of Ana as older. I think she'll be great in the role. She's a great singer - I saw her in The Rocky Horror Show, and she's also hysterical! Maybe she'll work a little Celine Dion into the show. She might not be the strongest actress, but come on - it's Wicked, not The Glass Menagerie.

This production gives me one more reason to love living in Chicago.

re: Gastyer To Get Wicked

I'm not sure about seeing Gasteyer as Elphaba. I do hope I will see Kristy Cates though.
