Hey guys, the cast of Xanadu will be performing a medley on the CBS Early Show (during the 8 AM hour) this Friday, June 13th - LIVE outside on the Plaza!
Fanadus, this is YOUR chance to CREATE art, REPRESENT, & WIN tickets!
Show up at the Plaza between 7-8 am and make sure you stand out - a lot of people will be decked out in Xanadu gear!
The 2 most creative signs (with XANADU on them) will each win a free ticket to see the show!

Well, The Cort Theatre is located off the main Broadway thoroughfare, putting it in a difficult location in terms of visibility on a good day.
February is one of the hardest months for ticket sales.
So The Court Theatre in February = Death for a show.
I loved that line.

What a beautiful ending. I like that they chose to give it some finality rather than leaving Cubby out there somewhere. And having the cast come to the conclusion that they don't need a Tony Award to validate their careers? The perfect deflection from everyone who said the campaign was too desperate. Win or lose Sunday night, they picked up a bunch of fans (like me) who weren't all that into the show before. I even bought a Cubby Bernstein pin!
I'm serious, those folks at SpotCo are brilliant. I would kill to spend a day watching them craft a marketing game plan. Are any of them reading this? Dyllun Von? Where do I apply?
