I just watched a youtube video of backstage at Mary Poppins at the New Amsterdam, and in the middle of the video the girl who plays Mary talks about a ghost that haunts the New Amsterdam. Thoughts?

The ghost is also discussed in a documentary. I think in the PBS documentary Broadwzy the Ameican Musical. I think it is during the segment about Disney reopening tje theater.
