That would be nice of them, though I think it's more that the decision was made late on Friday and news travels slow on the weekend. They need to draft a press release
The decision about where to eat dinner, of course. I don't know anything about anything else.

thanks!
Wondering if anyone can help me. Im trying to see the show tonight at 7:00. I work near the seaport, so i was planning on just buying 2 tkts during my break at tkts (if the show is up). But I didnt realize they had rush tkts. However, I wouldnt be able to get to the theater with my friend until 3:30/45. Do you think they still would have rush tkts available, or should I just buy the tkts on tkts if available.
Thanks in advance!!

How early do you think I need to get to the theater for the GG rush? I would prefer seeing it during the week
thanks in advance

Posted: 7/3/07 at 12:06pmThe rush starts with whatever front row tickets they have left and then moves to the mezzaine and balcony so it really depends on what time you get there. If you don't mind sitting in the balcony, you could probably buy them closer to 3 or 4pm. The closer you wait until curtain, the further up they'll be.

Posted: 7/3/07 at 1:47pmGypsy, I've never seen ANYONE sitting in te balcony. Do they even sell those?

Posted: 7/3/07 at 1:52pmReally Walt? When I saw the show this past Saturday there were people sitting in the front row of the balcony. Granted, I haven't though because when I did have a balcony ticket, they moved me to the last row of the mezz.

They gave us the balcony seats when I rushed the day after the Tonys. But that was the day after the Tonys. Just bought my ticket for the closing show.

I'm not sure- I'm going to try and get to the theatre around 4, but I might end up being there about 6 to get rush tickets because I have to pick up my girlfriend at Grand Central
Anyways, so if I went at 6, would I still be able to get a rush ticket on Thursday?
Sorry, I'm so worried about this- haha, GREY GARDENS is all thats been on my mind this week...
#38re: Grey Gardens rush lately?
Posted: 7/3/07 at 2:55pmI'd say probably, it'll just probably be in the mezz.

Thanks, I mean, I'm going to try and be there at 4, but I have to ask my sister if she'd be willing to use her student ID to get a ticket for my girlfriend, haha :P
And sorry, one last question- if i get there at 4, is there any chance id get front row? i wouldnt mind mezzanine at all, but just...wondering

Posted: 7/3/07 at 2:58pmI'd say doubtful. The last two times I've seen the show, the front row seats were gone before I got there (around 11am)
