It seems that everything is closing down....wouldn't want anyone to get stuck out there.  Serious offer.  On the UP SIDE, I have a 1,000 pc playbill collection  you can pass the time looking thru.  For those who remember Hill Street Blues:  " Let s be careful out there!"

Not to worry, Patash.  I live in a very hi SECURITY bldg, and would meet whomever,  in the lobby, to assess  one s demeanor first.  I did this about 35 yrs ago (in another apt), and a group of neighborhood people w/0 heat/water showed up and it was very nice.  In a catastrophe, people tend NOT to act Cray Cray.  I have pretty good radar, but, of course, I get your drift....
