Who else caught that? It made me VERY happy. Was a very nice suprise. The poster for Redhead outside of The Shubert. They also had Sound Of Music, West Side Story and My Fair Lady.
Loved it.

Not really a review. But the film was great. Uma was fabulous despite what others say. I didn't find Broderick "boring" at all, loved him - and Nathan! The audience absolutely LOVED IT. Ate up all the jokes. I was suprised how well received it was with the audience. The jokes got huge roars. And it was so nice to see most of the audience stay for the credits.

I hope this film will be a hit, it deserves it.

and ofcourse one of the biggest highlights was seeing Gwen Verdon in the Redhead poster!

Great to hear its so good. And that they're paying homage to the older musicals & musical performers on Broadway...

um why wouldnt they be paying homage to older musicals, the show is set in the late 50's early 60's when these shows were new musicals - DUH!

Just saw it for the second time this week. I loved it too, and BOTH times the audiences were really into it, and laughing through out the movie.

LOVED seeing Gwen Verdon subtle homage--in my mind, she's one of the very very best!

Um because your comment was rude and obnoxious and because they dont have to pay homage to these musicals jsut because they occured during the time period THE PRODUCERS takes place in. Neither the Broadway production nor the original film payed homage to the musicals of that time period. wtf?
