"The manufacturer tells us that the CDs will be shipping next week. When we actually have them in hand, and are assured that they have been done correctly, we'll let you know and ship them out! Thanks for your patience!

"Scheduled to ship next week" means that they will ship MAYBE by the middle of the following week to Sh-K. It will take a few days for Sh-K to get them, let's say May 9th. They test and do whatever they do with them, and start getting a few orders out by that Friday, May 13th. They'll probably ship media mail, so I'm thinking none of us will have the CD in our hands until May 23rd at earliest. That is of course, unless there is another "error" or unless they decide to hold off shipping until they have enough and/or the 'special gift' to go with them.
In other words, I'm not holdin' my breath.

Just got an update from Sh-K-Boom. Wonder what the "extra" is!
"Hello all of you patient people who pre-ordered the "Hair" CD... we're happy to announce that the CDs are back from the manufacturer, printed correctly this time, and we are shipping your orders out!! We're also including a special extra to thank you all for your amazing patience. We're thrilled with how the CDs turned out, and we hope you agree that the CDs were worth the wait! The nationwide retail release date is June 14th, so you are still going to get yours well in advance of the stores."
