So, I'm pretty sure the current HAIR cast performs its last performance on March 9th.. but does anyone know if any cast members (Gavin Creel, Allison Case, etc) are leaving before that date?
please help, i want to see the show with as much of the original cast as i can :)

Posted: 1/4/10 at 2:17ami don't live in NYC.. i live several states away.. so I want to know if i should push to get to NYC in Feb to see HAIR with most of the OBC. I've looked online but I can't find anything about cast members leaving earlier than Mar 9.

Yes, I doubt any of them will be leaving before that date. (Not that it's impossible...but most had one year contracts....which would be up sometime in March or April...and Gavin extened his formerly short contract.
I don't forsee anyone else leaving: and why would they since they are continuing with the show in London? There certainly will be sick days and vacations and such....but you can't do anything about them.

Um....no you didn't. Will ONLY plays Berger; Gavin only plays Claude.
I don't know who you saw play Claude....but it wasn't Will.

I was under the impression that March 7th was the tribe's last show and that the 9th was when the new one began...
I could be wrong though.

Posted: 1/4/10 at 9:48pmI can't believe that it's true that no one is confirmed...as they are publicizing that the entire bway cast is going. It could just be that no contracts have been signed as of yet. (but I do believe it would be unrealistic to think ALL of them are making the commitment.)

I don't know who you saw play Claude....but it wasn't Will.
Most likely it either Paris or Jay, both are Gavin's understudies and covered Claude while Gavin was out with his injury.

Yes, I know WHO his understudies are....but I would have no idea who THAT poster saw when he THOUGHT he was seeing Will.
