That seems to be the $10,000 question: one to which no one seems to know the anwswer, yet we are all impatiently waiting for the answer.
(Olivio will not be doing it, last I heard.)

This was announced yesterday but I didn't see a thread when I searched, Caren Lyn Manuel is going to be Sheila in Hair this summer. I think it's great casting.

I didn't know they'd cast Caren Lyn Manuel until now (when I saw it mentioned in one of the old extension press releases.)
Personally, I find her to be an extremely disappointing choice (especially considering the fact that she'll be following someone as terrific as Karen Olivo.)

How so?
Caren has the look, pipes, and fiery personality for Sheila. I'd say the casting is spot-on.
