Oh my darlings! I barely know my own name...I'M EXHAUSTED!!!
Last night was very interesting. I guess an actor can get to a point where anything that may be shocking or controversial about a play ceases to be so. It's when you present it to an audience for the first time that you remember this isn't ARSENIC AND OLD LACE...it's a scathing, brilliantly funny and highly disturbing Durang play. It's also important to note that not everyone has the same sensibility as Mr. Durang.
The play is dividing people today as it did five years ago. And it's very exciting to be a part of something like that. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my own work and the work of all involved.
I'm excited for some of you to come see it and to continue the discussions I know this play sparks.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your kind words and your shilling. It means a great deal.
LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Robbiej, I nominate you for a People's Choice Award.
Eddie, I hadn't thought of Kidman! Yuck! Or even worse, hearing Madonna's name floated around for the B'way transfer. (Sorry, robbiej, you didn't read that here.)

I think it is safe to say that NOBODY has the same sensibility as Chris Durang!
Congrats, hope the run is a smooth one.
