So thrilled that he won, much deserved award. And although I thought at first that he was the first actor who also won a Tony for playwrighting, but of course Harvey Fierstein won both awards in the same season for TORCH SONG TRILOGY.
Are there any other actor/playwrights who have won Tonys for both categories?

He is an extraordinarily nice person, period. Caring, considerate, generous.
We should all wish him nothing but the best.
In some quarters, he'd be described as a mensch.

I concur with everyone here. This revival of V. Woolf is probably the most dynamic theater going experience I've ever had. I saw a matinee and the entire cast was just standing there chatting with the few of us who waited in Shubert Alley.
Hope they don't mess up the August movie!
