Has there ever been a Tony Award given for Hair and/or Make Up? Or is it considered part of costume design?

with the addition of sound design, maybe makeup/hair is the next addition?

how do you judge that?
which cast knows their lyrics? which cast knows their harmonies the best?
I wonder if there will ever be a Best Dance Arrangements Tony.... depending on the show, that can be a very important task and the men who do it are very skilled.

I recall reading an "official" answer saying that it was considered as part of the costume design. Saying its a specific part of the vision of the costume designer or something.
Though one could argue, all the design elements fall under the "vision" of the director so I'm not sure if its a valid arguement.
I agree it probably should have its own award, there's some really amazing work being done out there!
