I seriously doubt the OP did this on purpose.
Lol Jordan.
The show was amazing....no surprise
Jeanette was absolutly great as Dionne...she will be a perfect replacement for Sasha
Briana was great as Crissy...
Gavin and Will were very into it tonight and gave it their all (no surprise)
The cast kept saying how amazing the audience was...it was packed and everyone was dancing and so happy!
I'm going to miss this cast so much!!
See them before they leave asap!!
I was there tonight too, and the cast did exceedingly on their game tonight. Bayardelle is just amazing. Her "White Boys" was a highlight.
I don't usually go to shows repeatedly because there's always so much new stuff to see, but I have found my way back to Hair several times. Tonight was a highlight. Caissie Levy has never sounded better; Gavin and Will were in top form; and the audience seemed very...present.
Also noticed Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo in the audience. Am not a performer but found myself wondering if seeing others in the role you're taking on makes it easier or harder to find your own take.
In any case, yay for the snow day discount!
I didn't catch them...where were they in the theater?
and also at the stage door I asked Caissie if she would ever go back to Wicked. She said Wicked is her family and she probably would in the near future....I would love to see her Elphaba on broadway...
I saw Jeanette as Dione when I went last week and she was phenomenal. Loved every second of the show!
Ace and Diana were on the left aisle around row G or so. I think there were some other new Tribe members on the other side as well, but I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, there was something in the air tonight; they went all out (more than usual)! Even the post-curtain call jam was extra-energetic! Ahhh... so much fun.
The Sheila that was on tonight was fantastic, too. Can't wait for Diana, though. Had a nice chat with her and Ace after most people cleared out, and they wanted to jump in already. It's nice to know how passionate they are about this show.
I would love to see her Elphaba on broadway...
Well, she couldn't handle the role full-time in LA, sooo...
I doubt Levy would go back into Wicked. Her voice clearly couldn't handle the role on a full-time basis, given the fiasco that was her (brief) run in L.A.
How full was the theater?

The Sheila on last night was Caissie Levy.
The theater was packed, nearly if not sold out I'd say.
I am starting to feel like Diana and Ace are going at least once a week. I saw them there last Friday when I was there.
adamgreer..
Caissie sounded pretty sure she was going to go back into Wicked at some point

Doesn't mean she was talking about Elphaba, unless she specifically mentioned that role. Levy would be better off covering Elphaba.

Oy, people who have been in Wicked at some point must get so tired of people asking them that over and over. Like it's the only thing they've ever done.
I thought the show was phenomenal tonight. I've only seen it one other time, but I enjoyed much more tonight for some reason. It was a beautiful show. Caissie was a definite stand out, as was whoever was on for Dionne (and Gavin of course).
I asked her about Elphaba...so yes..she was referring to Elphaba
and the Dionne was Jeanette Bayardelle
she was fantastic!

The new cast has been rehearsing in the theatre this past week, so I'm not surprised a few of them stuck around to see the show.
Last night was my first time seeing the show and I had a great time! The energy of the cast is wonderful and draws you in. I agree that Caissie was a stand out and I really enjoyed Will and Gavin.
The orch was full but the balcony was about half empty. It was a good audience, however. Glad I finally got to see the show before this cast leaves.
FallIntoLight, I was sitting in the mezzanine last night and it was far from half empty.
In fact, it looked to be almost 80% full.
