Well the only foreign cast that I know of is the Finnish cast, which uses completly different costume and set designs.

it could be a pic from an event performance. That blue wavy background is definitely NOT part of the "You Can't Stop the Beat" set.

the website is the home of the Travel Industry Association of America. The picture is from an national travel convention where other groups like "Mama Mia" and "Lion King" also performed against the same backdrop.
