There is absolutley no grounds for a civil suit. While the phrasing that admission is not guaranteed is absolutely qualified by limited seating (i.e., the limiting seating means not everyone will be admitted), it also presumes acceptance of the pass as valid for entry. However, that presumption is disqualified by the statement on the pass that states "New Line Productions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse access to the theatre in its discretion." Therefore they had every right to prioritize passes.
