I think it will depend on whom you ask. Row B will be very close to the stage, you'll be looking up at the performers when they're at the edge of the stage but be super close to them too. Row Q will give you a much more open and full view of the entire stage.
I prefer to be a little behind if I'm on the Orchestra level because that way I get to enjoy the full scope of lighting design and stage movement which is crazy good in Hamilton.
