I am wanting to purchase 2 tickets for Hamilton. Tickets are very expensive and I don't know which ticket sellers to trust. Any advice would be most helpful.

1. When are you looking for tix? Are your dates fixed or flexible?
2. WHERE are you looking for tix? Chicago? NY?
3. What sites are you considering? Anything other than telecharge (or maybe it's ticket master, I can never remember) is a re-sale price and you are paying scalpers's prices.
Just do Ticketmaster. Don't give yourself the worry of going through a third party.
We are flexible on when we go. We want to see the one in New York.
I have looked at Stubhub, Tickpick, and Ticketmaster

Um, here’s a thought: visit the show’s website and click on “tickets.” It will tell you which vendors are legitimate. And give you a direct link to Ticketmaster.
I've seen the show 9 times. I've always done the cancel line b/c the tickets are $230 and you always sit in the front orchestra. These are seats that below to the cast and producers. They hold them for the last minute for cast family/friends or producers get requests from high profile people. They're called house seats.
I've gotten on that line at 1pm and as late as 5 pm and always got a seat. The general rule is if you are at least in the first 10, you will get in. Find out how many tickets the people want in front of you. Asking is okay. The limit is 2. So if there are 5 people in front of you and each wants 2, then that's 10 tickets. It's still possible for it go to 15. Weekdays are better than weekends.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
Also try the lottery. I presume your inquiry was for NYC. The tour may have cancel tickets and lottery but you have to check.

I did this too, and my seats were better than when I got Ticketmaster (and no taxes/fees). You can also ask if they have any seats for further days out. I went on a Thursday and Friday looking for friends in town for the weekend. They were able to give me row B seats for Tuesday.
Thank you... I have been on the show's website... I guess I am trying to get the tickets as inexpensive as I can. We are doing the lottery also... We are about 10 hours away so I want to secure tickets before we get there just in case.. thank you all.
