Hi, I'm wondering if Hamilton hires local musicians for the touring shows? If so, what instrumentation is needed in each city? Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I believe they travel the whole band. IBDB lists ten musicians in each tour, which I think is the full orchestration. I wonder if they hire subs in each city.

They were certainly contracting locally (at least pre-pandemic). Pretty much just the strings from what I remember.
