Well it's not eligible this year, so it'd have to win next April (2016). There's a lot of time for something even more "groundbreaking" to come along.

I really wouldn't be surprised. In the Heights was a finalist a few years back, and given both the raves the show has gotten and the new way it chooses to present American history, I could easily see the committee deciding that it's worthy.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
