Once again, Mr. Nowack, you have put together an extremely thoughtful and interesting photo gallery.
Happy birthday to Mr. Sondheim. Though I am nowhere near his biggest fan, I like much of his work, and even what I don't like of his I appreciate on a technical level. He also has my eternal gratitude for getting certain young people to fall in love with musical theatre in the 1970's (several of whom are on this board) when the form was in desperate need of young fans. For that, there is no equal. Happy birthday to Mr. Sondheim

Can't believe some of those entertaining 80th birthday concerts (especially the one with the NYPhil) were 5 years ago now. I'm surprised no one is cranking out those moneymaking events for his 85th. I know they'd get my money!
