re: Vacation Brick

I'm sure the people without obstructed-view seats will be able to enjoy his towel entrance.

He is very attractive!

re: Vacation Brick

He is beyond sexy but let's hope he can actually act and has good chemistry with Anika Noni Rose.

re: Vacation Brick

For a human being that gorgeous, he could read the lines off his palm and I wouldn't care.

I think I just found a new guy to put in my Top Five--and I do mean Top.

re: Vacation Brick

Half the theater is obstructed view with the way Allen staged it.

Beauty does not a good Brick make - evident with both this revival and the last. Let's see if Kodjoe can actually stand playing such a confused guy and isn't getting queasy about it like Howard.

I have always like Boris! He's hotter than July!

re: Vacation Brick

Rose, nobody here thinks beauty makes a Brick--but it certainly doesn't hurt.

If they need some real-life experience, I'd be more than happy to show Boris the ropes...and how they should be tied.

re: Vacation Brick

can you not just picture La Allen after the replacement's audition, with that look on her face like she gave Le Roy after his dance audition in the film of FAME?!?!? you can just read she wants that boy in her studio on a daily basis....

re: Vacation Brick

Dottie, I believe the "queasy" thing was that Terrence Howard is not comfortable playing Brick as a closeted male. He plays him as if they were just friends and nothing more...which ruins the point of the show....

re: Vacation Brick

That's the LEAST interesting choice he could make--you can't go anywhere with that!

Does he think the few thousand people that will see him in this play will think him gay and ruin his career?

re: Vacation Brick

DidYou, that's correct. It seems like he's afraid to appear as a homosexual. And not because Brick is afraid to - but because TH is!

re: Vacation Brick

Hahaha. I am so glad that I am not the only poster on here that disliked the show, I was the first negative review on here and I got bashed for it.

Silly people...

Who cares about the show...

I'd watch him read a phone book.

Well if that is TH's take on the character, I think I'll skip this one.
