Wow
Australian actor Heath Ledger has been found dead in his Manhattan apartment, possibly of a drug overdose.
Police spokesman Paul Browne has confirmed Perth-born Ledger, 28, was found dead by a housekeeper at his apartment in the trendy SoHo neighbourhood.
"We are investigating the possibility of an overdose," Mr Browne said.
According to Mr Browne, the housekeeper found Ledger at 3:26pm (7:26am AEDT) and tried to wake him for his appointment to have a massage

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

That is so sad. I'm shocked myself. Condolences to his family!

How does everyone know he was in her apartment?
All the articles say he was at his own home.

Whatever!?
Sure, deaths happen daily, but ... This guy had a heackova lot to live for - 28 yrs. old!? 'The Joker' in BATMAN!? Come'on! By the way, I was watching CBS when they first broke the story, and they said that he died in HIS apartment, but the complex itself was owned by Mary-Kate? I'm REALLY confused.

Man, this SUCKS.
I was really looking forward to his portrayl of the Joker. I still am, but this sorta kills it a bit.
It shouldn't really matter, I guess, but I hope when the whole story comes out he was doing what he should've been. Because I have so much respect for the dude.

This is very sad news, indeed. The Dark Knight will definitely be dedicated to his memory.

That's so sad! He was a great actor, and a good person. It also sucks that he'll never get to see the completely finished product of The Dark Knight.
As you can see by my avatar, I'm kind of looking forward to his Joker.

Filming of The Dark Knight was done for him, but the rumor was that he would be back for the third film.

I really feel for his daughter. She's only two so her memories of her father will be sketchy at best. Let's all keep her in our minds and hearts. Yes, as the daughter of Hollywood actors she'll want for very little materially but to grow up without her father is sad indeed.

That's sad. I watched The Patriot (with gore and blood) when I was six and saw it again in school. I was obssesed with him for while. I feel bad for his young daughter...
Just because I got the lead doesn't mean you can't be my understudy!:)
